Dale

Dale started working for Swan's over 25 years ago and has owned the business since 2005. He's earned multiple certifications from the IICRC, some of which are:

-Applied Microbial Remediation

-Master Cleaner &

Water Restorer

-Upholstery & Fabric Cleaner

-Carpet Cleaning

-Water Damage Restoration

-Applied Structural Drying

-Health & Safety

When Dale isn't busy at work, he's usually planning some getaway with Angie, whether it's to Vegas to sit by the pool and relax or go see their kids in California & Oregon.

Jake

Dale

Jake started working at Swan's while he was still in high school. He has his Carpet Cleaning Technician Certification and his Water Damage Technician Certification. He's worked his way up from a technician assistant to senior technician. He is working on continuing education and certifications. Jake is known for his many, many customer requests and his wonderful way with upholstery. On his days off, Jake can be found up at Mt. Baker, snowboarding, at least in the winter. He loves being outside, doing outside-stuff, and spending time with his wife and their two daughters.

Josh

Ruben

Josh joined Swan's in 2019 and has really grown with the company. He Successfully completed the Carpet Cleaning Technician Certification and is working on continuing Education and Certifications. Josh excels in cleaning upholstery and working with property managers.

On his days off, Josh is usually found fishing, playing darts, or hanging out with his family, he recently welcomed a happy baby boy Ryatt into his family!

Welcome Ruben to our team! Ruben has been with Swan's since 2025 and is quickly becoming a favorite with many customers!

Ruben is looking to build a permanent customer base in all areas we service, he was trained by certified master technicians and is continuing his education in the industry. Ruben's customers thus far have been very pleased with his work and often ask for him to return!

Ruben is a native of the great state of Texas and has lived in Whatcom County for 5 years. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and gardening and just hanging out with friends and family.

James

Jennifer

James has been with the Swan's family since 2024; James brought with him knowledge in carpet and upholstery cleaning, as well as skills in repairing and testing. He is determined to build a large group of repeat customers, and prides himself on being a nice and genuine person. James wants to remind our customers that even though great service can be hard to find, it is still out there, and he is providing it!

James is a native to the Blaine/Birch Bay areas where he currently resides. In his spare time James likes to ride motorcycles and go hiking, enjoying the Pacific Northwest for all it has to offer.

Jennifer

Jennifer is our Lead Receptionist and absolutely loves working with homeowners and all the different property managers.

In her off time she is a student at WCC where she is studying to get her bachelor's degree in Social Work. She wants to help the community of her forever home, Whatcom County. She also has two furkids, her dogs Lucky and Jellybean.
