Spotting Guide

The following five solutions will be required together with some white absorbent cloths.

Detergent Solution: One teaspoon Swan's Home Pro-Spotter or one teaspoon liquid dishwashing detergent to 1 cup warm water
Detergent/Vinegar Solution: Add one tablespoon white vinegar to Detergent Solution
Vinegar Solution: One-third cup white vinegar to 2/3 cup of water
Ammonia Solution: One tablespoon white household ammonia to one cup warm water (Refrain from using a stronger ammonia solution on wool carpet)
Dry Cleaning Solvent: Such as Energine (Found at most hardware stores)

Test the solutions on a small, inconspicuous area prior to use. If no issues arise, tackle the stain by working from the outer edge toward the center. Always rinse with water between steps!
